Rob comes from a long line of hairdressers and has been in the business for over 20 years. He opened up Salon 3028 in 2018 and has enjoyed serving his clients and creating unique styles for each and every one. As an owner, Rob still spends every day behind the chair- his love of cutting and styling can be seen in each haircut he does. His favorite product is the Curl Defining Creme, and he uses it on every client, whether they have straight or curly hair.

Kelly has been in the Salon industry for 28 years. She has been an educator as well as colorist and stylist. Her true passion is formal styling, making brides all over Long Island look and feel their absolute best.

Michelle always knew being creative and making people feel good about themselves was her calling. Michelle specializes in coloring and is extremely passionate about her craft.

Rocky has always been progressive in new and upcoming trends. Knowledgable in cutting, coloring, and chemical services, has made Rocky the successful hairdresser he is today.

COLOR | STYLIST

Dana has been in this industry for 30 years. Some of her extensive training has been with Ruth Roche, Jingles, Redken, Goodwill, Christine Valmy and New York Institute of Electrolysis.

DONNA

COLOR | STYLIST

Donna started her career in San Diego, California. She trained in precision cutting under Sassoon Stylists and returned to Long Island for extensive Goldwell Master Colorist training.

FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

Carolynn is the front desk receptionist at Salon 3028 and as she says "it’s not work when you love what you do!" She makes sure the clients and coworkers are well taken care of and happy.

MARIE

STYLIST ASSISTANT

Maria has been an assistant at Salon 3028 for two years, but in the business for 30. She is passionate about her job and loves being able to support her coworkers in whatever they need.

ALLY

STYLIST ASSISTANT

Although Ally is new to the business, she comes from a family of hairdressers and knows the salon life. Ally is a junior stylist and has shown how talented she is with her ever increasing book of clients.

SARA

STYLIST ASSISTANT

Sara is an assistant at Salon 3028 and is currently working towards getting a chair. She is always offering a helping hand with braids, blowouts and curls. Her favorite prodcut line is Moroccan Oil.
