Your complete satisfaction is our goal. The following are helpful suggestions to ensure that you enjoy your visit.


REFERRAL POLICY

A referral is the biggest compliment you can give us. 
To say thanks, both you and your referred guest will receive $20 off your next service with us.

LATE POLICY

Life happens - we get that. 
We just ask that you notify us if you are going to be late for your appointment. In order to ensure each guest has the best experience, please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment. Late appointments that are unable to be rescheduled in the same day with the original provider are subject to our cancellation policy. 


RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. 
We accept returns on our products within 14 days of purchase date for merchandise credit valid for up to 1 year.

HAPPINESS POLICY


We obsess over your experience. 
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service(s) we request the opportunity to correct them at no additional cost to you. We'll work with you to create a look you are completely satisfied with and leave the salon happy. We do not offer monetary refunds on services.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our guests are our #1 priority. 
Salon 3028 requires a credit card to reserve your appointment. We understand busy schedules and different circumstances can not be avoided so we are happy to cancel your appointment with reasonable notice. All same-day appointment alterations will inquire a fee of 50% of the scheduled services. Missed appointments with no notice given are subject to charge in the full amount. Please let us know no later than the day before if you need to make any adjustments to your appointments.

PAYMENTS/GRATUITY POLICY

We appreciate your generosity. 
We happily accept cash and all major credit cards for services. Sorry no checks. Salon 1800 gift certificates must include a printed expiration date to be considered valid. Gratuity is cash only. We have an ATM located inside the salon for your convenience.

ENVIRONMENTAL FEE POLICY 

Together we can make a difference.
We have partnered with Green Circle Salons to start making a difference in our community and beyond.  We have a comprehensive recycling program in place to help significantly reduce our carbon footprint.  There will be a $1 environmental fee attached toward your services at time of check out.  We appreciate your support in helping to make our planet a better place.      

PET POLICY

We love our furry little friends.
 Salon 3028 is a dog friendly salon.  We welcome you to shop our retail area or receive hair services with your cute little canine.  We do ask that if you're receiving nail or waxing services that Fido stays at home for that visit.

GIFT CARD POLICY

Traditional plastic gift cards must be purchased in our salon. Gift cards are redeemable in-store for salon services and merchandise and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law. Gift cards do not expire and we do not assess any service fees for non-use. To report a lost or stolen gift card call 631.486.5905 or visit our salon at 3028 Jericho Turnpike, East Northport, NY 11731. The original sales receipt is required to replace the remaining balance on a lost or stolen gift card.

STUDENT DISCOUNT

We happily extend 20% off to Long Island high school and college students. 
Upon checkout please present your high school or college ID that is valid for the current school year.  20% discount applies to your service received Sunday through Thursday. If you're receiving multiple services we will discount the highest value. Alumni IDs are not eligible for the student discount. The student discount cannot be coupled with other offers.
